What Are We Going to Do?

As we go into the end of ‘07 and in to the feeling and looking great in ’08 enthusiastic fitness and health attitude, that will come and go; it will come by the end of this year; it will go by March of next year; I am going to present you with some with some valuable info, along with some challenges and tasks!

First: Real Personal/Fitness Trainers are not amateur weight lifters. So don’t categorize us as such!!! Don’t try to nickel and dime our services; because it is always going to come back to bite you!!! If you want cheap $$ training $$, you will get cheap service with little or no results!!! Amen. It will cost you more in the end.
Look people weight and fat loss is serious business!!!

This is why you should invest – and I do say “invest”- in a good – better yet great!!! – Fitness/health trainer…

I was watching the Biggest Loser on television last night with some of my clients and was amazed, impressed and encouraged by the results achieved by the participants… One big thing that I noticed, the contestants that achieved the largest weight and fat loss and body change were the ones who:
1. Trained with heavier weights.
2. Were more intense with their cardio.
3. Were on point with their diets (or we should say meal plan selection).

Now that I have gotten that off my chest, let’s continue!

Second: Too many of us are suffering unnecessarily and dying too early from our unhealthy, lazy and unfit practices! I call these practices lifestyle.
I get asked continuously by people on the streets: “When does fitness ever get easy?” and “When can I take a break from my weight loss regimen?” I must agree with a what colleague once said, “In fitness, there is no finish line!” And if you really want to think about it; why should there be? Listen folks. This is a lifestyle change, a habit that you should experience daily for the rest of your life. Do we really believe that when we take a break (or a cheat day) that our bodies, that we are blessed to have, tag up with a cheat body to take in break down and process the cheat foods that we so carelessly place in our guts?

I think not!!!

Are we going to get busy living or get busy dying?!!! Serious question, HUH?

I feel like I’m preaching a fire & brimstone message here! Hallelujah!!! Pass the offering plate, please! I hope you can take this because I feel it is needed… The truth shall set you free!

And believe me; I am not exempt from my own sermonic message. God is working on me also!
Let’s keep the ball rolling.
Free your mind and the body has no choice but to follow!!
